Beautiful area, beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was roomy, nice and in a great location. Amelia Island is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

Great for families.

The condo has two sections that can be separated for in-laws or friends. The in-law section has its own kitchenette.

The condo is near a quiet and uncrowded beach and parking is not a problem. Overall, this was the perfect place for people on a budget who want daily beach access and golf without the hassles of crowds or traffic.

Best views of the ocean and the river

We loved the property for the views- lots of windows and decks! The living area was very open and super comfortable. The kitchen was amazing- stocked with everything we needed including electric kettle!

Loved the location of Sea Dunes within the Plantation- a bit removed from the traffic of the Omni property.

family trip

Beautiful property with lots of amenities and things to do for kids and adults. Only negative woke up to workers on the balconies jack hammering the concrete and replacing stucco. Pretty unpleasant for couple days.

New Years on Amelia

Had a wonderful time at this Amelia Island property over New Years holiday. The hostesses were wonderful - great communication and easy to work with. Would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful location for a family getaway!

We had a terrific time. It was the perfect location to relax and recharge!

Christmas get away with pets

This is a ideal place to stay with pets, since the area for walking them is a short distances and quiet. The villa backs up to the woods for a private patio and quick step out with the pets. Loved the spacious living and dining area. I did not use the pool, but it was just outside the front entrance. Bath, beds and kitchen were clean. Everything is true to the listing. She even had a Christmas tree decorated with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates. Great shopping in the complex and just a short drive into Amelia Island for a nice day out. A little to far away to have a short walk to the beach for me. Nice pool, restaurant and beach at the Omni Resort just a short drive in the complex from the villa. Quiet and relaxing area. Very quick response from the property owners, if I had a question. Really enjoyed the villa and plan to do a return visit.

Wonderful property, fun location

Property was just remodeled and in excellent condition. Amenities were new and helpful. View and resort very much as advertised. Process was easy and well managed, Gazal very helpful. We found this place much better than a room at the resort.

Outstanding

We have stayed at a number of units here over the years, but this was breathtaking. The help from Laily made our stay one of the best in the 15 or so years we have been coming to the resort. From the wine and chocolates to our departure, it was delightful!! Just wish it was longer.

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was a perfect setting for a family vacation. The house was spacious and well-appointed. The view was amazing and we loved watching the sunrise each morning.

Our host checked in several times and was available if we needed anything.

I would definitely go back!

Thanksgiving

Condo was as advertised. Great location. Everything in kitchen worked and ready to cook with all dinner ware and cookware available. Beds were more comfortable than expected. Only call to agent was for restaurant suggestions.

Stunning place

I really can’t say enough. The place was perfect. The attention to detail and thoughtful design created a impactful impression when we walked in and that impression was reinforced over and over during the stay. It is a wonderful place we will return.

The property was fabulous. Fully equipped except a dish towel which was minor. Would return in a heartbeat.

Spectacular view!!

This property was amazing in so many ways. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the size of the TV in the den and master bedroom. The rooms are so spacious that by today's standards the TV's are undersized. Property managers were great to work with!!

Georgia game

Came in for the Georgia game. Property is very well maintained. Best views from almost every room. I will be back.

Only one request: next time it would be nice if the jet tub was made available. Thanks.

Lovely condo with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool is steps away.

3 Day Getaway

To my management team for a 3 day offsite. Condo was as displayed in the listing photo's, very nice decorated and beautiful views. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The 1 thing we missed were beach chairs. We went to the beach for an hour or so each day. Not really worth renting chairs for.

This unit is stellar-it has all the amenities a person could ask for and more. Location is literally steps from the beach. Inside is updated and upscale. Owner very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing

Very clean, quiet and spacious villa. Great place to relax and the view from all rooms was amazing. Laily was very accommodating and checked in on us several times until just after check in. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t think of one thing to complain about!

Wonderful retreat!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful property. The location to the beach was excellent, and it was nice to have the pool nearby. We enjoyed the walking paths to the village, and eating and drinking at the nearby resort restaurants. Also an easy trip to Fernandina.

We never found a cutting board in the kitchen, but that was hardly as issue :)

Fabulous condo. Every way

I can’t say enough good things. The condo is spacious, airy, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. From the terrace one can see the sunset over the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side—gorgeous both ways. The owners thought of everything a guest might need. The kitchen is superbly appointed. Full size washer-dryer and plenty of detergent. Complete service of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Beds extra comfortable and my husband loved reading in the window seat in the master bedroom. Our standard poodle was a gentleman inside and loved chasing the birds on the beach, which is very unpopulated. The owner made it very clear that she was available if we had any needs whatsoever and was completely charming. We will be back for sure!

FABULOUS VIEW,GREAT CONDO

The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable and a perfect location. The view of the ocean and the marsh was outstanding. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying on Amelia Island. Thank you!

Beach Heaven!Just Perfect!

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed in many others and this was the best. The views are outstanding from every room.The condo is spacious,very clean,well stocked with all you need ,right on the beach and in a short walking distance to the pool.

We highly recommended it and will definitely come back.

Great for families!

I am 71 years old and have rented condos from the Bahamas to Florida, SC, Tenn, Colorado, Montana, Maine, Wyoming, Vermont and Europe.. ( and that’s not all )

This condo was exactly perfect for our family vacation. It was not elegant or expensive w fancy things but that is not what we wanted. My son is a US Marine and doesn’t expect elegant or expensive things. He just wants to be w his wife and 3 children and enjoy a gorgeous beach and have a warm and comfy place to enjoy.

We cooked at home every night and day. The kitchen might’ve needed some better knives but unless u are an expert cook (like my son )the kitchen is well equipped. The Harris Teeter has amazing food. We bought shrimp, scallops and prime rib during our stay. Fantastic!

Beds are very Comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Amelia Island.

Better than expected

This property was perfect for our family of 4 and two dogs. I loved it being a corner unit. We had everything we needed. This unit is well maintained and super clean. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends since we’ve been back!

Family vacation

We traveled to Amelia Island with our two sons, ages 16 and 19. The condo was perfect for us! The boys enjoyed having the queen sized beds in the second bedroom. The location was great, as well, with the tennis courts nearby, pool right outside the front door, and just a short walk to the beach. Amelia Island Plantation is a wonderful property with many dining options on site. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Gorgeous month at Amelia Island !

We spent the month of April and a few days in May at this beautiful condo. My husband and I have been coming to Amelia for many years. Our kids and grandkids join us for a week. Plenty of space in this condo and furnished beautifully. We had a wonderful time with beach, pool, golfing, walking, shopping, and eating at great restaurants. Laily wsd terrific. Thanks for everything!! The Fischer’s from Milwaukee
